Responsibilities

• Define enterprise Quality Engineering strategy and governance.
• Lead automation-first transformation across CI/CD, DevSecOps, and testing.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Release Management and Security to improve release readiness.
• Build and mentor a high-performing QE organization.
• Establish executive quality metrics and dashboards.
