General Tool Company seeks a VP of Quality to own enterprise QMS across all facilities, governing standards and certification programs. You will lead site quality leadership, set strategic direction, and align quality with business growth, reporting to the President.

This executive role emphasizes cross-site governance, regulatory relationships, budget ownership, and anOwnership For All program that offers shared ownership and incentive alignment from day one.

Formación

• Fifteen+ years in QA systems development and leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site quality across aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and govern a single enterprise-wide QMS across all GTC sites.
• Oversee QMS changes and maintain compliance with standards.
• Develop enterprise quality performance metrics and CAPA system.
• Lead AS9100 and ISO 9001 certification and surveillance audits.
• Oversee AS13100 activities including self-assessments and customer audits.
• Manage enterprise quality budget and resources across the network.
