Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive quality/operations leadership in a global manufacturing environment.
• Experience improving quality outcomes: customer escapes, cost of poor quality, first-pass yield.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise quality performance outcomes across the value chain; drive measurable quality improvements.
• Lead New Product Quality and Launch Excellence with engineers, product managers, and operations.
