Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Pricing to lead pricing strategy, governance, and analytics across Support Services. You will drive profitability through innovative models, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Corporate Development.

Leadership of a pricing analytics team and development of executive dashboards will be essential to enable data-driven decisions, growth, and value-based pricing across multi-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in pricing, commercial strategy, corporate finance, consulting, valuation, or related environments.
• Experience in facilities management, integrated facilities management, outsourcing, construction, manufacturing, or other complex service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise pricing strategy for Support Services, facilities management, and complex technical service offerings.
• Establish pricing governance, approval frameworks, policies, deal-review processes, and escalation paths.
• Ensure pricing strategies reflect growth objectives, market conditions, client requirements, and 24/7 operating realities.
• Serve as executive authority for commercial pricing decisions across sectors and service lines.
• Integrate pricing data with CRM, ERP, financial planning, estimating, and contract-management platforms.
