Job summary

Compass Group USA, a leader in foodservice and support services, seeks a Senior Director of Operations to guide budgeting, planning, and performance analysis across accounts. This role drives growth by optimizing resource use and ensuring service quality across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will develop long-term financial and human capital plans, monitor performance, and uphold contract standards while leveraging Compass' extensive network and experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate budgets and plans for the operation.
• Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation.
• Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies.
• Accountable for accurate reporting for the account.
