Job summary

Foodbuy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager in Charlotte, NC to influence pricing strategy across client accounts. You will work within the Value Pricing & Analytics team to drive data-driven recommendations and actionable insights, impacting enterprise pricing strategy.

The role focuses on developing analytical tools, communicating complex findings clearly, and partnering with pricing consultants to maximize revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 3-5 years in an analyst/consultant/management role
• MBA/Six Sigma/consulting experience preferred
• Excel proficiency; Power BI or analytics tools a plus
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable business recommendations
• Strong communication across all levels of the org
• Proficiency with MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Understand corporate pricing strategies to identify opportunities
• Partner with pricing consultants to gather client insights and translate findings
• Develop pricing assessments using financial, operational, market data
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop tools and reporting to improve pricing visibility and revenue growth
• Drive continuous improvement of pricing processes and analytics solutions
