Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a Vice President, Engineering Services to lead the end-to-end technical service delivery for legal and professional services clients, including 24x7 NOC, incident management, and tooling. This strategic and operating role partners with Sales, Finance, and Talent to shape the organization and delivery margin.

The role requires leading geographically distributed teams, driving KPI-based improvements, and ensuring governance, security, and compliance across complex client

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience
• 5+ years leading engineering or technical service delivery organizations
• Experience in a managed services / multi-client environment with SLAs and margins
• Experience supporting professional services clients with confidentiality and audit requirements
• Strong ITIL-aligned process knowledge including incident, major incident, problem, change, and request management
• Hands-on fluency with ITSM platforms and dashboards

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering organization including 24x7 NOC and tooling teams
• Own major incident management end-to-end and drive root-cause analysis
• Own change management governance and standard changes library
• Define and monitor engineering KPIs and report to executives
• Oversee service management platform configuration, data quality, and reporting
• Set the monitoring and automation roadmap and drive platform migrations
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and lifecycle for engineering tools
• Align security operations with governance processes and ensure compliance
• Coordinate field and on-site activity and client communications
• Review statements of work for technical soundness, resourcing, and pricing
• Represent engineering to client sponsors and drive delivery improvement
• Partner with architecture to identify project opportunities and budgeting inputs
• Own engineering financial performance including budgeting and billing reconciliation
• Lead organizational transformation including offshore and follow-the-sun models
• Ensure confidentiality and audit readiness for client environments
