Opensity Solutions is seeking a Vice President, Engineering Services to lead the delivery, quality, and economics of the engineering organization serving legal and professional services clients. This role owns the end-to-end technical service delivery model—24x7 NOC, escalated engineering, project engineering, and tooling—and ensures environments are stable, secure, and well-governed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field; 12+ years IT experience and 5+ years leading engineering/technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 NOC/operational engineering and tooling teams.
• Own major incident management end-to-end and RCA quality.
• Govern change management with approved changes and continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor engineering KPIs; report to leadership and sponsors.
• Own service management platform configuration, data quality, and reporting.
