Job summary

Personified is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology to run the operational core of our technology organization: engineering, client support, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has run these functions inside a managed service provider before and knows exactly what breaks at scale: ticket queues, on‑call rotations, security posture, tooling debt, and how to fix it without slowing the team down.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in tech operations leadership, with 4+ years in an MSP environment.
• Direct people-management across multiple technical functions.
• Track record of making under-disciplined operations more consistent without slowing down.
• Real fluency in cybersecurity operations and incident handling.
• Experience building or scaling IT automation.
• Direct, concrete communication style with documented decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Support, Service Delivery, escalation paths, staffing models, and Halo platform.
• Lead Engineering; set standards for process discipline, documentation, and accountability.
• Own the operational security posture across our client base, including incidents and compliance readiness.
• Drive IT Operations toward automation and repeatable processes.
• Directly manage functional leaders and build a leadership bench.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve client issues as one coordinated response.
• Develop and own the technology delivery scorecard with data-driven insights.
• Travel or onsite work as needed to support business needs.
