Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead all engineering functions, from design to production, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top quality across the organization. You will steer technology strategy, oversee R&D and production engineering, and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining reliability and customer satisfaction.

Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Fifteen years engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical strategy and product development roadmap.
• Identify and implement new technologies and processes.
• Oversee R&D initiatives for new product development and improvements.
• Bridge design and production with manufacturing teams.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
