This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic execution, turning roadmaps into actionable plans and measurable outcomes while integrating AI-assisted development practices.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of engineering leadership experience, including managing other managers.
• 15+ years in software engineering with distributed systems, API design, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of shipping software with AI tools in the last 12 months.
• Experience building and running multi-tenant B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day engineering operations, translating technical strategy into actionable plans.
• Stay hands-on by reviewing code, debugging issues, and writing tools.
• Integrate AI coding tools into the engineering workflow for design and testing.
• Measure and report on the impact of AI on engineering metrics.
• Maintain a lean organization by prioritizing output over headcount.
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance engineering efficiency.
