We’re looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead software engineering at Netris as we scale both our product and our organization.
Reporting directly to the CEO , you’ll lead an engineering organization of approximately 35–70 engineers across Silicon Valley, Armenia, and across the world , driving engineering execution, delivery, quality, and organizational growth. This is an engineering execution leadership role responsible for building a high-performing software organization while partnering closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Customer Success organizations.
The Product and Architecture departments own the long-term technical direction, platform architecture, and major technical design decisions. Your responsibility is to build an engineering organization that consistently delivers against that vision with speed, quality, and predictability.
Success in this role requires someone who understands both how modern networking works and how to build world-class software organizations. You should be equally comfortable discussing BGP or EVPN with engineers, coaching engineering managers, improving development processes, and delivering enterprise-grade software on a predictable cadence.
This role is based full-time in our Santa Clara headquarters (hybrid). We believe our engineering leadership team is most effective working together in person.
