Qualifications

8+ years in network engineering, solution architecture, or senior consulting with customer-facing experience.
Strong data center networking knowledge (EVPN/VXLAN, BGP) and modern network automation.
Ability to translate business objectives into scalable network architectures.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement in enterprise environments.
Experience guiding product requirements based on field feedback.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor in enterprise environments and engage with network, infrastructure, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Outcome-Driven Architecture: Lead deep technical discovery and design sessions translating customer objectives into resilient network architectures.
Enterprise-Grade Presentations: Clearly communicate complex networking strategies to technical and executive audiences.

The role

We are seeking an experienced Networking Solution Architect to support enterprise customers in designing and deploying modern data center and AI Factory networking solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, customer‑facing presence, and exceptional communication, with a focus on aligning business outcomes to technical requirements and effectively relaying customer needs to our Product Management and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will engage with enterprise stakeholders and technologists to help customers realize the full value of solutions like Netris—a purpose‑built network automation, abstraction, and multi‑tenancy platform that accelerates AI infrastructure deployments while maximizing operational efficiency and ROI.

What you’ll do

Customer Engagement & Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor in enterprise and AI Factory environments, engaging directly with network, infrastructure, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Outcome-Driven Architecture: Lead deep technical discovery and design sessions that translate customer business objectives (e.g., AI workloads, GPU utilization, time-to-revenue) into resilient, scalable network architectures.
Enterprise-Grade Presentations: Clearly communicate complex technology and networking strategies to both technical and executive audiences with confidence and clarity.
Internal Alignment: Act as the voice of the customer, partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities, articulate real world requirements, and ensure that product direction aligns with customer needs.
Solution Validation & Enablement: Support proofs‑of‑concept, integration validation, and architecture reviews, ensuring solutions like Netris deliver cloud-provider-grade automation, abstraction, and hard multi‑tenancy suited for AI infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales and Services teams to develop tailored proposals, articulate value propositions, and support enterprise engagements.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years in network engineering, solution architecture, or senior consulting roles, with significant customer‑facing experience.
Strong understanding of data center networking (e.g., EVPN/VXLAN, BGP, routing & switching) and modern network automation platforms.
Proven ability to align business goals with technical architecture, not just execute technical tasks.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in enterprise or large public sector environments.
Experience partnering with Product Management to translate field feedback into product requirements and enhancements.
Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU cloud networking, or multi-tenant deployments is highly desirable.

Preferred qualifications

Enterprise deployments of cloud‑like networking platforms that deliver dynamic isolation, automation, and scalable multi‑tenant networking for AI workloads.
Background integrating networking solutions across complex fabrics that include Ethernet, InfiniBand, DPUs, and multi‑cloud/on‑prem environments.
Experience with hybrid cloud architectures or with hyperscaler‑like network constructs (VPCs, peering, elastic IPs).
