Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and improve supply chain performance.
• Leadership and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy.
• Lead planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships and performance standards.
• Identify cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and cross-functional planning.
• Develop and monitor supply chain KPIs and metrics.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Quality, and other departments.
• Build and develop a high-performing supply chain organization.
• Establish processes for long-term scalability.
