Job summary

Golden Technology, Inc. in Lancaster, SC is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to oversee raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

You’ll collaborate with operations, quality, regulatory, purchasing, and finance to deliver products on time and cost efficiently, and help design, test, and implement the ERP system. This role focuses on process improvements, accurate inventory planning, and adherence to GMP and SOPs, while working cross-functionally to optimize material master, BOMs, recipes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of business experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain processes for raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, regulatory, purchasing, marketing/ business teams, and finance.
• Design, test, and implement the ERP system and related processes.
• Develop process flows and maintain inventory levels to prevent outages.
• Establish lead-times and drive improvements to speed to market.
• Manage material requirements planning and ERP data like BOMs and recipes.
