BW Papersystems seeks a Senior Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain to lead enterprise-wide planning, execution, and transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, planning, procurement, and continuous improvement.

This role partners with the executive leadership team to align operations with strategic objectives, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable performance gains in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory across a global network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in operations and supply chain, including P&L, strategic transformation, and continuous improvement leadership.
• Experience in a multi-site industrial, manufacturing, or related global organization with complex supply networks.
• Proven track record driving enterprise-level transformation and measurable improvements in operational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute unified operations and supply chain strategy that supports growth, service excellence, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Align supply chain and operational objectives with strategy and financial goals.
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, influencing platform planning and policy deployment.
• Champion continuous improvement and The BW Way methodologies as core drivers.
• Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory across operations and supply chain.
• Lead operational transformation programs that enhance efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain functions: demand planning, sourcing, materials & inventory, logistics & distribution, supplier management.
• Enhance resilience by optimizing network design and fulfillment strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team and mentor leaders in continuous improvement.
• Promote succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, commercial, finance and people functions to align operational plans with customer commitments.
