Summary

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Supply Chain who will lead the development and execution of comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and competitive advantage. Oversees end-to-end supply chain management, including strategic sourcing, procurement, demand planning, manufacturing footprint optimization, logistics, and supplier relationship management, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction.

Compensation

Compensation comprises of a lucrative Base Salary + Bonus + 401K + Full Medical, Dental, Vision + Tuition Reimbursement + Additional Award-Winning Benefits.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
• Lead annual supply chain planning process and establish key performance metrics and targets.
• Develop and execute a manufacturing footprint strategy to optimize the manufacturing production network, maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving service levels.
• Oversee sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP) processes to balance supply and demand.
• Oversee transportation management, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Lead business continuity planning for supply chain disruptions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain organization.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture and operational excellence initiatives.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Mastery of supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain modeling and optimization tools.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supply chain technologies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and cost reduction programs.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, multi-year initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Proven experience in enterprise supply chain management, including manufacturing footprint optimization and facility network design.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
