Job summary

Axos Bank seeks a Digital Channel Optimization Manager to maximize borrower leads and oversee affiliate partnerships, paid media buying, and the audience intelligence platform. The role focuses on cost-per-lead, lead-to-application conversion, and borrower intent, spanning home, personal, auto loans, and more.

Candidate will manage cross‑channel campaigns, optimize budgets, and deliver performance insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.
• 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, MarTech, or demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Manage CDP audience tagging operations and platform integrations.
• Oversee affiliate partnerships, media buying, and reporting integrity.
• Develop audience strategies for targeting, suppression, retargeting, and cross-sell initiatives across loan products.
• Coordinate campaign execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Own lead generation and loan origination reporting, including cost per lead and cost per funded loan metrics.
