Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Accessibility Lead (Vice President) in Columbus to drive employee experience accessibility across web and mobile design systems.

You will promote best practices, mentor teams, and advance standards across the enterprise while ensuring regulatory conformance and an inclusive digital experience for all employees. You will partner with product, design, and engineering to embed accessibility in lifecycle stages, lead deep-dive analyses, and influence policy and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in engaging accessibility in digital UI functions.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Expert knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, ADA, and Section 508.
• Expert-level experience in accessibility on multiple platforms (web, mobile, PDF).
• Understanding of product development lifecycle, testing, documenting, and prioritizing defects.

Responsibilities

• Testing and identifying accessibility barriers and proposing compliant solutions.
• Apply accessibility knowledge across the firm’s digital properties including mobile apps and documents.
• Coach teammates and clients in accessibility practices and decision-making.
• Use data to report issues and drive product improvements.
• Collaborate across product design lifecycle to promote accessible components.
• Build relationships to foster support for digital accessibility.
