Job summary

HealthVerity, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Data Operations to own the data lifecycle strategy, operating model and performance across acquisition, onboarding and production health.

You will lead teams delivering data into the nation's largest healthcare and consumer data ecosystem for rapid, reliable client access. You will drive scalable processes, define ownership and KPIs, and partner with Engineering, Product, Delivery and Sales to align data operations with client outcomes and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data or technology or equivalent leadership experience.
• End-to-end data operations ownership from acquisition to production health.
• Knowledge of data platforms, pipelines, warehousing, orchestration and quality.
• Experience building operating models, processes and automation at scale.
• Proven incident management, root-cause analysis and remediation skills.
• Ability to prioritize onboarding, production operations, debt and strategy.
• Healthcare data experience and ability to translate ops performance to client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Management strategy, operating model and performance across the data lifecycle.
• Drive improvements in data availability, quality, reliability and time-to-revenue with clear KPIs.
• Lead Integrations, Data Onboarding and Data Operations teams and ensure accountability.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Client Services, Privacy and Data Partnerships to align capabilities with client needs.
• Provide executive visibility into onboarding portfolio, production operations and risk areas.
• Establish capacity planning and prioritization across onboarding, operations, debt and strategic initiatives.
• Develop healthcare data expertise and promote data stewardship and quality practices.
• Foster continuous improvement, automation and proactive problem solving across the team.
