Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in healthcare operations, provider data, or related fields.
• Experience managing provider data workflows, validation, data quality, verification, or issue remediation.
• Experience building, documenting, and scaling repeatable operational processes with measurable quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate data issues, identify patterns, and translate findings into actions.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting, or monitoring tools to track performance and risks.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering to define requirements and test enhancements.
• PM skills to manage offshore teams and cross‑functional partners and handle evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and advance initiatives to improve provider and facility data accuracy, timeliness, and scalability from onboarding through ongoing maintenance.
• Oversee offshore teams and automated solutions, monitor quality, productivity, and issue trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and monitoring to provide visibility into performance and risks.
• Partner with product and engineering to define requirements and improve verification tools and workflows.
• Help design and monitor AI agents and automation to improve data operations.
• Analyze root causes of recurring data issues and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with claims and internal data teams to quantify impact of data issues.
• Lead with flexibility in ambiguous environments and shift priorities as needed.
