Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Manager to drive provider data lifecycle operations, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance and verification. You will connect operational insights with data trends, supervise offshore teams, and partner with product and engineering to enhance verification tools and workflows.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, improving data quality, and reducing issues that affect member care and downstream operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider data, provider directory, credentialing, claims, network operations, data quality, or related field.
• Experience managing operational workflows involving provider data, record validation, data quality, research, verification, or issue remediation.
• Demonstrated ability to document, build, and scale repeatable operational processes with measurable quality and productivity outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate data issues, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable steps.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards, reporting, or monitoring tools to identify risks and track performance.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to define requirements, test enhancements, and improve tooling.
• Strong project management and communication skills; able to work with offshore teams and cross-functional partners.
• Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support and advance provider data operations from onboarding through ongoing maintenance and verification.
• Oversee offshore teams and automated solutions supporting provider data verification, monitoring quality, productivity, and trends.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and monitoring showing performance, verification results, data quality trends, risks, and interventions.
• Partner with product and engineering to define requirements, test enhancements, and improve verification tools and workflows.
• Help design, build, and monitor AI agents and other automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of provider data operations.
• Analyze root causes of recurring data issues and recommend process, tooling, or upstream improvements.
• Collaborate with claims and data teams to quantify operational and business impact of data issues.
• Serve as a flexible operational leader who can bring structure in ambiguous environments and adapt priorities.
