Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Manager of Provider Data Operations to ensure accurate, complete, and timely provider and facility data across onboarding and ongoing maintenance.

You will oversee offshore teams, build dashboards, and partner with product/engineering to improve verification tooling and workflows, driving scalable, data-driven outcomes for member care and provider performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of healthcare operations or provider data experience.
• Experience managing operational workflows involving provider data, record validation, data quality, research, verification, or issue remediation.
• Strong ability to build, document, and scale repeatable operational processes with measurable quality and productivity outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills to investigate data issues, identify patterns, and translate findings into actions.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting, or monitoring tools to identify risks and track performance.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering to define requirements and improve tooling.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work with offshore teams.
• Self-directed, able to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support and advance initiatives to improve data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and scalability from onboarding through maintenance.
• Oversee offshore teams and automated solutions, monitoring quality, productivity, capacity, and issue trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports showing operational performance and risks.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements and test enhancements for verification tools.
• Help design and monitor automation to increase efficiency and scalability of provider data operations.
• Analyze root causes of recurring data issues and suggest process or tooling improvements.
• Partner with claims and data teams to quantify operational and business impact of data issues.
• Provide leadership to navigate ambiguous environments and shift priorities as needed.
