Job summary

Ethos, a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind-backed expert network, seeks VPs of customer insights to train AI models on professional documents. You will conduct research across interviews, usability studies, and surveys, translating findings into high‑quality decks and journey maps.

Fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start. You will craft screens, guides, and synthesis outputs to inform product decisions and client discussions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of user or customer research across the full study lifecycle.
• Ability to translate raw research data into actionable insights and decks.
• Excellent written communication and document/spreadsheet/slides craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead studies from screener design to insight synthesis for AI document workflows.
• Synthesize findings into decks, journey maps, and briefs for product teams.
• Design surveys, interview guides, and coding schemes to support research.
• Collaborate with product and research partners to translate findings into recommendations.
