Zusammenfassung

Patelco Credit Union, located at Dublin HQ, seeks a senior leader to drive growth in Direct and Indirect consumer lending. You will oversee underwriting, policy development, and system enhancements while coordinating with fintech relationships and marketing of loan products.

You will guide staff, ensure profitability, uphold credit quality, and collaborate across departments to meet consumer lending goals. This role offers a competitive package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of work experience
• 5+ years in customer service and consumer lending
• 3+ years of management experience
• Travel to branches for training/meetings; Driver’s license required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of loan origination systems such as Summit
• Located in Dublin HQ

Aufgaben

• Lead consumer lending direct and indirect portfolios (non-real estate) including underwriting and servicing
• Develop and implement credit policy procedures for new products/services
• Maintain enhancements to loan origination system and integrate Patelco apps
• Oversee credit administration and underwriting to leverage automation
• Improve profitability via product mix and pricing management
• Act as SME for lending products and processes; propose solutions
• Ensure productivity standards and high-quality service
• Monitor credit quality and drive loan growth through analytics
• Produce monthly loan productivity stats
• Collaborate with senior leaders to support organizational goals
• Mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and performance
• Manage resources for efficiency and effectiveness
• Navigate audits and external examinations
• Support staff development and internal transfers
• Promote Patelco ethics and values
