Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 5 years of project management experience or 8 years of project management experience.
• Travel: 25-50%.
• Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may require other times.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: participate in strategic initiatives and overall planning for the group/BU.
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives for the assigned group/BU.
• Talent Development: participate in interview and selection for leadership roles.
• Provide guidance, direction and discipline to direct reports, fostering success.
• Coach and develop team, set goals and assess performance.
• Align leaders and project managers with best-suited roles.
• Budgeting and financial reporting to achieve objectives.
• Ensure operational effectiveness and resource optimization for the unit.
• Collaborate with other units to ensure project oversight and customer satisfaction.
