Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the strategic and financial performance of the assigned business unit. The role requires extensive PM experience, growth leadership and the ability to guide budgets, talent development, and customer satisfaction.

Travel 25-50% and flexible hours may be required to meet business needs. The position reports to executive leadership and shapes the long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of project management experience or 8 years of project management experience.
• Travel: 25-50%.
• Work hours: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon-Fri; may require work on other days to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: participate in initiatives and programs for organizational improvement.
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives for the assigned group or business unit.
• Talent Development: participates in or leads interview and selection for senior roles.
• Provide guidance and discipline to direct reports to foster success and development.
• Foster a productive team through coaching, goal setting and performance assessments.
• Align leaders and project managers with roles for maximum success.
• Fiscal and Administrative Accountability: budget and manage sales and gross margin.
• Review budgets and financial reports to support decision making.
• Oversee operations to ensure policy compliance and core values.
• Ensure operational activities maximize resources, processes, and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other units to oversee projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about technical, operational, and professional developments.
• Plan, staff, and supervise corporate activities; promote cross-unit collaboration.
• Participate in business development to grow revenue and profit.
• Represent the company in customer relationships and at community/industry events.
