Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 7–10 years of finance or corporate accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in operations or project-focused environment.
• Travel 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors direct report(s).
• Strategic financial partnership with project/operational leadership.
• Provides detailed operational/project analysis and insights.
• Leads budgeting and forecasting for supported groups.
• Analyzes performance, monitors variances and trends.
• Interprets complex data to support decisions.
• Drives process improvements in finance workflows.
• Collaborates across departments to align financials.
• Monitors cash flow and profitability for projects.
• Leads ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
• Performs other related duties as required.
