Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop integration strategy and execution plan for Productivity Advantage Program.
• Lead transformation initiatives aligned with VP of Operations.
• Drive efficiencies through KPIs and Lean Construction practices.
• Provide direction and accountability across cross‑functional teams.
• Create dashboards and best practice guidelines to improve productivity.
