• Provide guidance and direction to direct reports and foster development and performance.
• Align leaders and project managers with roles for success.
• Budgeting and financial oversight to meet objectives and margins.
• Oversee operational activities to maximize resources and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other units to ensure customer satisfaction and program success.
