Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Associate Operations Finance Business Partner to support financial activities across operational groups and project teams.

You will assist with financial analysis, reporting, and operational support, building knowledge of project profitability and internal controls. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 1–5 years of related experience, with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 1–5 years of related experience in finance or accounting.
• Less than 5% travel.
• Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; some flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis to support business strategies and project profitability.
• Provide operational financial insights to project management and leaders.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for operational groups.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports for decision-making.
• Support day-to-day financial processes and data accuracy.
