Job summary

CCMC, a community management company, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Community Operations in Plano, TX to lead a team of community managers and ensure delivery of contractual obligations and service promises to a portfolio of clients.

The role requires strategic leadership, relationship-building with clients, oversight of performance metrics, and the ability to travel as needed; CCMC offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a community manager.
• Three years of experience in large-scale community management.
• Leadership/executive role experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; Master's preferred.
• CAI PCAM designation highly preferred; CAM license required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of contractual obligations and service promise for assigned clients.
• Lead a team of community managers to maintain operational integrity and excellence.
• Review management deliverables to ensure standards and timelines are met.
• Oversee site readiness by ensuring contractual requirements are completed per SOPs.
