Job summary

CCMC, a community management company, is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to lead growth initiatives in the HOA management sector. The role oversees sales strategy, relationship cultivation with HOA boards, and closing complex contracts.

Travel weekly to on-site meetings and industry events is required. Excellent leadership and CRM expertise are essential, with a strong alignment to CCMC’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Service and Community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or community management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Travel weekly for on-site meetings, corporate communities, and board meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & strategy: develop and manage a high-performing sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Relationship development: build trust with HOA boards and community leaders and tailor solutions.
• Client engagement: deliver compelling presentations to communicate CCMC’s value proposition.
• Contract negotiation & closing: lead negotiations and close complex contracts.
• Market intelligence & opportunity: monitor trends and identify growth opportunities for planning.
• Collaboration & leadership: coordinate with Marketing, Community Operations and Resident Experience to execute sales initiatives.
