Job summary

CCMC, a community management company focusing on master-planned communities, seeks a Community Operations Manager to lead on-site operations, onboarding, and strategic support for large communities. The role emphasizes integrity, respect, service, and community values.

You will oversee hiring, financials, and team management, while delivering admin projects and budget updates. Travel across the region is expected, with weekly and monthly reporting duties to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, financials, operations, and team management on-site.
• Assist onboarding of managers and support admin projects.
• Manage content in network file locations for accuracy.
• Support CCMC’s largest communities as a strategic partner.
• Perform full-cycle budget updates.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports and assist BOD/BWU reporting.
• Travel to communities in the assigned region to study high-functioning teams.
