Job summary

Periscope Search Group is seeking a VP of Operations for National Wellness Clinics in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time, hybrid role oversees multi-site outpatient operations, from patient inquiry to treatment completion, and will develop SOPs, dashboards, and ramp-up playbooks for new clinics.

You will lead clinic operations and patient access, align intake, authorization and scheduling, and collaborate with finance, clinical, marketing, technology, and expansion teams to scale the network.

VP of Operations (National Wellness Clinics)
Location: Brooklyn, NY (NY/NJ based) | Full-time, hybrid: one day a week at HQ plus frequent clinic travel
Our client is a founder-led interventional psychiatry clinic treating patients with treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions through experimental therapy medications. With four clinics open today, 8+ planned by early next year, and a 25 to 30+ location network in view, they need an operator to build the foundation that growth will run on.
Reporting directly to the co-founders, you'll own day-to-day clinic operations and the patient journey from first inquiry through treatment completion. That means setting the SOPs and management routines, leading clinic and patient access leaders, tightening the handoffs between intake, authorization, and scheduling, and building the dashboards that make location-level performance visible. You'll also write the clinic-opening playbook and lead each new site through ramp-up, working alongside finance, clinical, marketing, technology, and expansion leaders on Salesforce and AdvancedMD.
Built for a hands-on multi-site outpatient healthcare leader, ideally from behavioral health, who has opened locations before and likes being close to the clinics. The systems you put in place will decide how quickly patients get from first call to first treatment.
