Texas Oncology is seeking an Executive Director to join the CBO San Antonio, TX location. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days a week and reports to Regional VP and Policy Board.

You will lead strategic planning, contract management, and operational oversight across the practice/network. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in healthcare management, a business degree (MBA or MS preferred), and strong leadership, negotiation, and change-management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum seven years of experience in healthcare management and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field (MHA, MBA, or MS in Health Administration preferred).
• Strong leadership and teambuilding ability.
• Proven negotiator with internal and external groups.
• Excellent written and oral communication; interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

• Directs development and implementation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets.
• Ensures policies, procedures and objectives are executed and updated.
• Monitors business conditions and reports to leadership.
• Oversees performance evaluations, merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Develops expansion plans and manages contract pricing and managed care contracts.
• Maintains relationships with physician leadership to align with strategic plans.
