Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of client management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years healthcare or HR domain preferred.
• Experience leading Client Success teams and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Client Success Managers team.
• Own onboarding through renewal for clients.
• Drive expansion, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing.
• Forecast and report retention and revenue growth.
