Job summary

Marathon Health seeks a seasoned Client Success leader to grow and renew large, complex client relationships. You will own expansion opportunities, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive revenue growth while aligning client goals with Marathon Health solutions.

You will mentor a Client Success team, build scalable processes, and report outcomes to executives. This role emphasizes data-driven strategy and strong C-suite collaboration, in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in client management, account management, brokerage, consulting, or similar client-facing role.
• 5+ years in healthcare, healthcare benefits, population health, or HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand client partnerships and renewals.
• Lead expansion strategy for existing client base, including new sites and service lines.
• Build processes to spot expansion signals using utilization, engagement, outcomes, and client changes.
• Lead account planning and client segmentation with growth plans and owners.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions; optimize pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Pricing to shape proposals and close deals.
• Forecast and report retention, expansion, and revenue growth to leadership.
• Be a trusted advisor to clients and senior stakeholders; align Marathon solutions to goals.
• Mentor and scale a Client Success team.
• Use data to improve processes across Client Success.
