Job summary

Marathon Health, a leading advanced primary care provider, seeks a Vice President of Client Success to drive end-to-end client journeys for employer, union, and health plan partners. You will build and mentor a high-performing Client Success team and own the expansion, renewal, and value-delivery playbook.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing and Operations to align client needs with Marathon solutions, reporting on ROI and retention while advancing strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in client management, account management, brokerage, consulting, or similar.
• 5+ years in healthcare, healthcare benefits, population health, or HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Success team to manage onboarding through renewal and demonstrate measurable value to clients.
• Own expansion strategy, drive cross-sell and new-site growth with defined net revenue targets.
• Negotiate renewals and expansions, optimize pricing, terms, and mutual value.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Pricing to shape proposals and close expansion deals.
• Forecast and report retention and revenue growth to senior leadership.
• Advise on account planning, segmentation, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
