The role requires senior leadership experience in large-scale transportation or healthcare operations, with a track record of transformation, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
• 12–15 years in leadership roles in transportation or healthcare logistics
• Experience managing multi-site/national programs and large budgets

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for transportation across WelbeHealth
• Develop scalable transportation strategies supporting market expansion
• Own transportation performance, budgets and ROI
• Lead fleet, brokered and hybrid operating models
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align solutions
