Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in transportation operations, logistics, or related field.
• Proven success leading large-scale transportation/ops organizations.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, scheduling, routing, service delivery, and workforce management.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical, financial, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all transportation operations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support safety, efficiency, and growth.
• Establish KPIs and accountability measures to drive performance.
