Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a National Accounts Specialty Sales VP (Dental/Vision) to drive growth in mid-America - west and lead strategic engagements with large group accounts and government programs.

Candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, negotiate complex deals, and align product portfolios to client needs while focusing on revenue growth and long-term partnerships in the dental and vision space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience with a focus on Specialty sales - Dental/Vision/Voluntary.
• Ability to explain relevant process elements and issues in detail during discussions.
• Persuasive presentation skills demonstrating value and moving client to purchase.
• Ability to negotiate with internal/external clients to achieve profitable wins.
• Understanding of business financials, products, and services.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales strategies to sell products to large group accounts or government programs.
• Performs business development to identify new growth channels and clients.
• High influence on sales and retention.
• Manages complex negotiations and renewals to maximize revenue.
• Coordinates with clients to tailor multifaceted product packages across Aetna's offerings.
