Zenith, a leading Publicis Groupe media agency, is seeking a Vice President of Planning to drive media strategy and planning for a high-profile account in a fast-paced environment. You will lead senior client conversations, oversee annual and tactical planning, and translate business objectives into integrated media solutions.

The role requires 12+ years in media strategy, 6+ years managing big teams, and a proven ability to align channel mix with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/advertising or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in media strategy and planning, including agency experience.
• 6+ years of people-management experience leading large, multi-level teams.
• Proven experience leading media strategy and planning across multiple brands and workstreams.
• Experience leading both upfront annual planning and tactical campaign planning from brief to measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the senior Media Strategy and Planning for assigned lines of business, ensuring quality and timely outputs.
• Oversee upfront annual planning and tactical campaign planning, translating priorities into actionable strategies.
• Develop data-informed audience-based recommendations grounded in market dynamics and performance.
• Define how paid media should show up across channels and translate strategies into executable plans.
• Lead client presentations and senior discussions, guiding decisions and recommendations.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across client teams, agency networks, and external partners.
