Job summary

FirstService Residential seeks a Vice President, Master Planned Communities to lead all community management business efforts across the unit. The role reports to the President, Master Planned Communities and oversees property management teams, driving growth and performance with a strong culture of accountability.

The VP will build and mentor Regional Directors and Community Association Managers, cultivate relationships with Boards, and partner with BD to expand services across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in senior management.
• Experience in residential property management or service industries.
• Proven track record of sales and business growth.
• Experience managing P&L and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall senior leadership and strategic direction of the association management business to deliver long-term growth.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of Regional Directors and Community Association Managers to deliver service and accountability.
• Form strong relationships with boards and properties to ensure exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention.
• Partner with business development to plan and deliver long-term growth through developers and existing communities.
• Drive financial performance and execution of the annual business plan; attract, develop, and retain high performers.
