Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an executive leader to drive Hospitality and Community Operations in the South Region from Plantation, FL. The VP will shape hospitality standards, resident programs, and amenity management across markets, partnering with regional leaders to elevate service and business performance.

The role requires extensive leadership in hospitality, with a focus on standards, resident experience, and continuous improvement across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Experience overseeing multi-site hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle services, or resident services.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction of Hospitality and Community Operations.
• Lead and mentor team to build service culture and accountability for performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve service delivery in partnership with the Business Excellence team.
• Ensure HR compliance and reporting to Business Leaders.
• Promote FirstService Residential in the marketplace and strengthen community experiences.
