Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Vice President, Master Planned Communities to lead all community management efforts within the business unit. The role reports to the President, Master Planned Communities and requires building a customer-focused service organization with a culture of performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of senior management and executive leadership experience.
• Proven experience in developing and managing high-performing teams with multiple direct reports.
• Proven track record in delivering sales and business growth.
• Experience leading service delivery with a focus on customer service.
• Experience managing a P&L and driving profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall senior leadership and strategic direction for the association management business to deliver sustainable growth.
• Build and mentor a team of Regional Directors and Community Association Managers to drive service culture and accountability.
• Develop strong relationships with Boards of Directors to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Business Development to plan and drive long-term growth with developers and existing communities.
• Ensure ancillary services are understood and offered by Regional Directors to properties.
• Drive the annual business plan and financial performance to meet targets and execute initiatives.
• Attract and retain top performers; ensure HR and communications processes support a growing service organization.
• Promote FirstService Residential in the market to strengthen presence and reputation.
