Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks a Vice President Product Implementation Specialist to drive hands-on delivery of new investment products. You will work with Product Innovation, Technology, Operations, Risk and external partners to design, test, and launch complex offerings across front, middle and back office environments.

The role focuses on execution within established governance, contributing to operating model design and solution blueprints while identifying areas for process

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in financial services or investment management product delivery.
• Experience with operating models, process definition, and cross-functional delivery.
• Knowledge of fund structures and investment vehicles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on implementation of new products and launches.
• Assess proposals against capabilities and translate into timelines.
• Document end-to-end operating models and process flows.
• Coordinate activities across product, technology, operations, risk, and vendors.
• Track milestones, risks, and issues; maintain detailed implementation plans.
