State Street Corporation's Investment Management division is seeking a Product Implementation Specialist, Vice President to lead the hands-on delivery and launch of new investment products. You will partner with Product Innovation, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance to design operating models and manage end-to-end implementation.

You will coordinate multi-function delivery in a matrixed environment, track milestones, and contribute SME insights on fund structures and lifecycle events,

Competenze

• 8–15 years of experience in financial services or related product implementation.
• In-depth understanding of investment fund structures and vehicles.
• Experience coordinating across product, technology, and operations teams.

Mansioni

• Contribute to hands-on delivery and launch execution of new product implementations.
• Coordinate implementation activities across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and external providers.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain detailed implementation plans and governance reporting.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on fund structures and lifecycle events, including digital or tokenized structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, templates and tooling.
