Job summary

State Street seeks a Vice President to lead Private Credit and Structured Product Solutioning, reporting to the Managing Director. You will shape go-to-market strategy, collaborate with fund administration, loan services, custody, and analytics, and drive value across asset servicing and credit finance.

Provide subject matter expertise, define solutions for complex deals, research market trends, and build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business or Accounting preferred)
• 7+ years experience desirable; Private Credit and/or Structured Product experience desired from asset servicing or Private Credit and Fund employers
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Demonstrable experience managing projects and collaborating across teams

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise - solid understanding of end-to-end Private Credit operating model and technology stack
• Drive solutions - define and solution critical deals across our global organization
• Research & Market Analysis - update competitor intelligence and capture industry trends
• Partner with business development to develop a robust pipeline; support in RFI/RFP responses to drive business development
