Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an accomplished VP of Marketing to lead downstream strategy for Shockwave Medical IVL products. The role drives go-to-market, pricing, branding, and global events, reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with US/EU sales, clinical, regulatory, and finance teams.

The position is remote across all U.S. states, with up to 30% travel, offering a base pay range and long-term incentives. A BA is required and an MBA is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in a medical device environment.
• BA or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree highly desired.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulated environments.
• Experience with vascular/IVL products and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee downstream marketing and commercialization strategies for IVL products.
• Lead go-to-market planning, pricing, inventory, and sales support.
• Develop and manage brand identity, messaging, and multi-channel communications.
• Coordinate global and national marketing events and conferences.
• Guide product development input, portfolio prioritization, and market research.
• Direct internal communications and public relations efforts.
